"A barbecue basic... no sweat!"

All Purpose Barbecue Sauce

1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp. Steak Sauce
dash of hot sauce
½ tsp. Salt
Coarse Ground Pepper

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whisk. Baste chicken, pork, ham, etc, as you barbecue. In a small sauce pan, bring left over barbecue sauce to a boil, simmer it for a few minutes and serve it as a side sauce.
