"This tender loaf of ground ham and pork, glazed in this tangy sweet and sour sauce will make you want to ham it up on any occasion. I suggest you roll the mixture into one inch bite size hors d'oeuvres, and freeze them for after work or school snacks."

Chef Ruth Ellen's Ham Loaf

1 pound ground ham
1 pound ground pork
2 cups bread crumbs
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp. Dry mustard

Ham Glaze

1 cup vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Brown mustard

Combine all ingredients in a 32 ounce measuring cup and whisk until well blended.
