Hi Gina,

I found my old recipe for potato salad getting on my nerves, too, so last summer I experimented.
I came up with a red skin potato salad with no eggs, but calling for a generous amount of herbs and a crunchy addition of nuts, that my picnic guests have just loved. "Creamy Green Potato Salad" Check it out in my recipes, filed under salads.
